Fix Pyre workflow failure from deprecated artifact action usage - #1

The pyre GitHub Actions job was failing before analysis due to deprecated actions/upload-artifact@v2 usage inside the pinned facebook/pyre-action revision. This PR updates the workflow pin and aligns inputs with repository contents to unblock the check.

• Root cause addressed

  • Updated .github/workflows/pyre.yml to pin facebook/pyre-action to a newer commit that no longer depends on deprecated artifact-action versions.

• Workflow input alignment

  • Removed requirements-path: 'requirements.txt' since this repository does not contain a requirements.txt, preventing an avoidable hard failure in dependency-install step.
